Furnace temperature thyristor heating controller, also known as scr power controller is used to control power delivery. They are designed to vary the ac voltage across the resistive&inductive loads. The thyristor power controllers provide a smooth way of power delivery to load. Unlike conactors, not have any electromechanical movemen. Scr power regulator includes the back to back connect silicon rectifier(scr), trigger pcb board, current transformers, temperature transformer. By the trigger pcb board to control the thyristor by phase angle&zero cross burst two models. The current transformers detect the three phase current, as the constant current control and to be the current protection. The temperature transformers detect the heatsink temperature to protect the Scr to be safe.
