The passive harmonic filter widely used in three phase three wire system. It uses the principle of electromagnetic induction and reactor, selects the filter capacitor with high performance and the filter device with high linearity, and combines the filter compensation system to absorb the main harmonic components in the system and compensate the reactive power at the same time. The function of dynamic reactive power compensation and filtering is integrated into one, which can quickly follow the load change, and has three main functions: suppressing current fluctuation, absorbing harmonic and compensating reactive power. It is used to reduce non-sine wave current generated by inverters, servo drives, UPS, etc., in industrial power grids.

1. The wide spectrum harmonic filter governance by frequency conversion governor (VSD) and other three-phase rectifier circuit generated by the main harmonics;
2. Reduce the harmonic loss of the injection system, thus saving power, efficiency >99%;
3. Ensure that the current and voltage distortion rate at the input end of the harmonic filter meets the requirements of the 1EEE 51.9 standard;
4. The total current demand distortion rate (TDD) at the input end of the harmonic filter does not exceed the limit specified in Table 10.3 of the 1EEE 51 9 standard;
5. Because of the very low capacitive reactive power, it can be used well with diesel generators even when unloaded;
6. Low capacitance reactive power also does not need to use capacitive switching contactor (can also be added when needed);
7. Within the normal load range, the power factor remains between 0.95 and 0.98 (40 to 100% load);
8. Will not resonate with other components of the power system, will not absorb harmonics on the line side;
9. Can inhibit the commutation voltage waveform gap, opening and closing capacitor banks or other rapidly changing load generated overvoltage;
10. Improve the power factor of the whole system after eliminating harmonics;
11. In the case of only frequency conversion governor load, suitable for multiple frequency conversion governor power supply at the same time;
12. Reduce the frequency conversion governor (VSD) generated by radio conduction interference;
13. Line reactor filters of various specifications are available for AC drive, DC drive or other controllable rectifier devices.
