The structure of JD-BP37/38 series high voltage inverter includes phase shifting transformer, power cells and controller.
6kV series inverter contains 5 cells each phase, 15 cells in total.
10kV series inverter contains 8 cells each phase, 24 cells in total.
The structures of power cell are common. It is the AC -DC - AC single phase inverter circuit, rectifier diodes are for the three phase full-wave, IGBT 23inverter bridge controlled by sinusoidal PWM technology. Each power cell is same, it is easy to commission, maintain and do the spare, if a failure occurs, the up bridges are on to achieve the bypass and the output of the inverter is decelerating.
